When you submit the enquiry form on our website, we collect your name, firm name, email, phone number, practice area, and any notes you provide, with your explicit consent. This information is used solely to assess fit and respond to your enquiry — including contacting you by phone, SMS, or email as described in that consent — and is never sold.

It may be processed by service providers that support our operations (e.g. email, scheduling, or CRM tools) under confidentiality obligations, and is retained only as long as needed to respond to your enquiry or as required by law.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your information, or withdraw consent, at any time by emailing jordan@mxacquisition.com or shaun@mxacquisition.com. You may also lodge a complaint with South Africa's Information Regulator regarding how your information is handled.
